Anyone can attend the concert, and admittance is free. Due to COVID-19 concerns, registration and reservation is obligatory. Additionally, in order to adhere to social-distancing and host-nation guidelines, only 700 seats are available for each concert.
There are special accommodations available for attendees with disabilities, and one companion. Moreover, since the concert will be held on cemetery grounds, several rules will apply to attendees:
- Visitors will adhere to social distancing guidelines, and maintain a distance of 1.5m from other visitors at all times.
- Visitors should behave in a respectful and quiet manner and respect the memorial sites.
- Visitors should dress modestly, even in warmer weather (no shorts or sleeveless t-shirts).
- Visitors will not lean, sit, or stand on any grave or headstone.
- Filming or recording the concert (other than accredited press) is prohibited.
- Large bags are unauthorized on site.
- Smoking of any kind is prohibited on site (including cigarettes, vaping devices, etc.)
- No pets are allowed on memorial grounds.
- Failure to follow these rules will result in the attendee's removal from the site.
